Nice hotel, nice clean and updated room with convenient location. Friendly staff. The popcorn was a welcomed and nice touch in the evening! We appreciated that after dinner snack.
Clean room very near the airport. Free airport shuttle means I will be more likely to not miss my flight tomorrow as we are expecting two to four inches of snow and my home is 30 to 35 minutes away so I decided to spend my money on the hotel rather than paying an Uber driver who might not get me to the airport safely at all. The two exceptional professional women who met me at the front desk made me feel so warm and welcome. They bent over backwards to accommodate me. Their names are Shirraz and Angelina. Their kindness and my being safe has been worth every penny!
This was not a planned stay. We had canceled flights and this was one offered by United Airlines. The rooms are clean. However they are dark. We had two rooms, adjoining, as we had our entire family. They accommodated that. Our shuttle drivers both way were very friendly. The front desk (I want to say Suzanne) was so friendly with our kids and worked her tail off when all our fellow passengers showed up at the same time. We don’t fly out of KC often, but in the event of a needed overnight stay this would be our choice!
Newly remodeled, great staff, great on-site bar & grill, 24 hour shuttle to airport. Our only complaint was the lighting in the room was not good. Dark with only small lamps available.
Everything was good and staff was friendly. Stayed here for a concert. The room was clean but the shower wasn’t cleaned fully. Found a strand of hair in the shower that wasn’t mine. Stain on the carpet. Other than that, experience was good and smooth.
Convenient location to the airport not their issue, but there was construction around it so just be aware easy to get in and out. The staff for as accommodating or helpful as they have typically been at other locations, but overall, it was a good experience.
Hotel is conveniently located near the airport but without the air traffic noise. The attached restaurant, Boulevard Grill offers a wide selection of food that is much better than the usual hotel food. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating!
Pretty hopping place on a Friday night. Older hotel completely refreshed including the wonderful Marriott beds. If you fly out early a free shuttle to the airport and they have $11 a day airport parking if you want to leave your car.
